Project Pixel Squared, 2014, featured audio-visual performances, workshops and artist presentations at Goodtime Studios.
Project Pixel is an artist lead AV symposium for networking, knowledge sharing and new thinking about the intersection between technology and the arts. It engages lovers of experimental new media arts through a program of live performances, workshops, VJ sets, conferences, artist presentations and installations, and also creates exposure for emerging and already established artists.
Project Pixel showcases Australian talent working at the forefront of this field by providing a platform to connect artists and audiences together, transcending boundaries through open participation and public programs. Held as a part of Melbourne Fringe Festival, it created a space for information exchange, innovation and playful experimentation.
Blanket Sky is a recent video which continues an ongoing investigation into the underlying, extra-sensory qualities contained in banal environments and everyday objects. Experimenting with everyday objects, water and light, effects not unlike those created in VJ programs, playfully emerged
